Equipment standardization
The "Standards Development Department" was formed to improve the quality and competitiveness of the manufactured equipment "Alfa L Service". It unites the employees of the technological and design departments. The standards it created can significantly facilitate the preparation of technical and commercial information at the request of the customer, the creation of operational documents for the produced modules (passport, instruction manual, spare parts list and accessories).
One of our priority is to provide dairy enterprises with a set of complete solutions. The standards under development establish general requirements for the design and technological execution and the completeness of the technological installations produced by our company:
- principal process diagram
- specifications defining the composition of the installation and assembly units;
- set of assembly and 2D drawings;
- electrical and pneumatic circuits
